“Not sure the name of the maintenance man that helped me out but want to make sure he gets a thank you. Talked with him yesterday (Sunday) when he was helping out another unit, (he was not on the clock I believe). We needed a new air filter and couldn’t find one at the store. Spoke with him in the driveway of another unit and he was very friendly and made sure to let me know he will take care of it Monday as he was just stopping by to help out today. Sure enough calls me today at 11 and drops one off outside for my apartment just like he said the day before. It was hot as could be and I’m sure the last thing he wanted was another tenant coming with an issue (I know I would have lol), could not have been more professional and friendly. Not sure of his name but hopes he knows we appreciate his help - get that man a raise!!”
