“One of the best apartments in Overland Park. Love this place. Very well built homes and good floor plans. The price is very competitive compared to places nearby with the same/lower quality. The staff is very courteous and quick to attend to any requests or complaints. The ambience inside the property is amazing especially with the trail next to the golf course. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of renting a place in Overland park.”

“The property is beautiful. The office staff is awesome. Love the pool and the strong community of residents that help each other. It’s amazing to have a garage too. Wonderful dog loving people and concierge that provides breakfast on Saturdays and events throughout the year. Just signed another year lease. Gates provide a sense of security that I didn’t have in my last community and despite other reviews they do work 95% of the time. Cons: cable is mandatory. Cable Customer service is poor because there is no competition. Since most people have to pay for streaming anyway, let them decide for themselves. Waste of money! Some Windows are old and not closing properly. They need to be replaced but am told they don’t make that window anymore so I have to get it approved. I have no idea how to do that. Air condition is not efficient and the utilities are high. $150 for thermostat set at 74 or 78 during summer. That said…the pros outweigh the cons and it’s a wonderful place to live.”
